Mr. Parkes has had a diversified career in many aspects of education. As a teacher, trainer, business coach or tour guide, Dale’s love for teaching and informing others is his greatest ability. His personable, energetic, leadership and “big-picture” teaching style has contributed to his long career as a teacher and leader of young adults. He retired from a 13-year teaching career as a Seminary Instructor for the LDS Church Educational System.
Personally, Dale and his wife Christine feel that the successful rearing of their four sons, Michael, David, John, and Aaron Parkes, into brilliant, serving, entrepreneurs and successful citizens – not to mention the thirteen grandchildren their sons and their beautiful wives have brought to the family – is their greatest accomplishment and legacy for the future of the country and the world.

She received her formal education from Wayne State University, receiving a BSW. Thereafter she attended Ohio Northern Petite College of Law where she received a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Her most recent lifetime achievement is discovering and creating a new financial planning model “Worth Planning” after years of study and addressing the needs of others. Her approach incorporates education of federal employee benefits, active and retired and military employee benefits, active and retired with other programs and entitlements such as social security, Medicare, and other state employee benefits. She educates through a personalized journey of how to combine and maximize a lifetime of benefit earnings.
Now, she is spending a large part of her time focusing on the launch of her authored military benefits educational program created to help and protect those who have served. Carolee also carries a license in insurance, pursuing a securities license and CEBS certification from Wharton College of Business. She is a writer and has published on many topics concerning federal employee benefits and financial strategies for retirement. Her speaking engagements expand across the nation with many organizations and agencies within the federal government. She has been honored with many awards for her services. Her work involves many agencies including USPS, VA, DOD, FBI, DOA, ATF, FAA, TSA, DOJ, DEA, DHS, NASA, IRS, FBI, and all branches of the Armed Forces. In her professional journey, Selena boasts a rich background in the financial sector. Her career includes significant roles such as Operations Manager at Comvest Partners and Hoak Breedlove Wesneski & Co, where she managed trade positions, assisted Research Analysts, and oversaw back-office operations. As a Trader at Addison Securities and Sales Assistant at Prudential Securities and First Southwest Company, she gained valuable experience in placing orders, resolving trade conflicts, and supporting financial advisors. As a Certified Securities Operations Professional, she worked as an Operations Analyst in the Trust Department of Bank of America specializing in Global Wealth and Investment Management. She demonstrated expertise in high-risk areas of Custody, including Global Corporate actions, Mutual Funds, Mandatory Corporate actions, Global trading, and Fed Settlements. With a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years she has spent the past 15 of those working with Federal employees and the professionals who assist them worldwide.

Starting at the age of 17 as a vet assistant in a kennel, Erins love for animals became evident and is still part of who she is today. Erin also worked briefly at Dillard's department store.
The pivotal move came in 2007 when Erin entered the Federal Benefits industry, marking the beginning of a career trajectory that has been consistently on the rise.
From a part-time assistant, Erin worked diligently, climbing the professional ladder to become an Operations/Office Manager. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing bookkeeping, coordinating travel arrangements for instructors, and managing the vast database of designees. Erin plays a crucial role in handling testing and continuing education credits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Beyond the administrative realm, Erin’s skill set extends to the creation of compelling PowerPoint presentations and comprehensive manuals. Managing shipments, and all other office duties combined with serving as an assistant to the CEO and all 10 instructors demonstrates her versatility and capabilities. Her ability to manage a variety of tasks with attention to detail, from intricate bookkeeping to supporting the CEO, underscores her commitment to the success of the instructors, the designees and the company.
Erin currently resides in beautiful Fruita, Co. with a supportive husband/best friend. They share a home with two dogs and three cats, showcasing her deep affection for pets. Outside her professional life, hobbies include camping, hiking, reading, puzzles, bird watching, indulging in movies and video games, and cherishing quality time with both parents and pets.
